Unfortunately, be aware that fat cannot be “moved” from one area of the body to another. When you lose weight or burn fat, your body generally loses fat all over the body, not just a specific area, it’s a whole body fat meltdown.
However, there are several ways to tone and strengthen your butt muscles that will help give them a more lifted and rounded appearance. Here is a list of some exercises you can try.
Squats:
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, bend your knees, and lower your body as if you were sitting on a chair. After doing this, return to the starting position and repeat.
Lunges:
With your feet hip-width apart, take a big step forward with one foot and lower your body until your front knee is at a 90-degree angle. After that return to the starting position and repeat the same with the other leg.
Glute Bridges:
In this, you lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Lift your hips toward the ceiling, squeezing your glutes as you lift. Lower your hips and repeat.
Step-ups:
Stand in front of a step or bench and step onto it with one leg. Return down and repeat with the other foot.
In addition to these exercises, eating a healthy and balanced diet and getting enough rest and sleep can aid in weight loss and muscle building, contributing to a more toned and lifted buttock area.
